Your First Appointment
Your first appointment is a great time for us to get to know each other. You will be warmly welcomed by friendly faces and smiles when you walk through the doors, and our administrative team will help you process all your paperwork. We will give you a tour of the office, so you know where everything is and you feel comfortable before taking you back to the chair. We want to know everything about you so we can provide the most personalized care possible.
During this first visit, we can get a lot done including a comprehensive exam with Dr. Hahn, any necessary x-rays, and a gentle cleaning from one of our friendly hygienists. We can begin to discuss any of your fears or concerns, as well as your oral health goals, and together, we can come up with a treatment plan to optimize your oral health and wellness.

1. What are your office hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. We are closed Wednesdays and weekends.
2. Is the doctor on-call after hours for emergencies?
Yes! We know emergencies don’t always happen during business hours, so we leave room in our schedule every day to accommodate emergency appointments, we have an emergency answering service, and Dr. Hahn is on-call after hours in case of emergencies ($250 after hours fee applies).
3. Do you offer family appointment blocks?
We always try to accommodate families coming together but cannot guarantee being seen at the same time.
4. Do you see children?
Yes! We are happy to see kids starting at age 7.
5. Does my first appointment include a cleaning?
Yes! Some dental offices make you come back for a cleaning, but we value your time so we’re happy to get it all done in a single visit.
6. Are you in-network with my insurance?
Probably! We accept most major insurance plans. Call our office to verify your insurance coverage.
7. Do you offer financing options?
Yes! We are happy to offer flexible financing through CareCredit, so you can get the care you need, when you need it.
8. Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! Dr. Hahn is a busy doctor in Henderson, but we currently have space available for new patients to join our dental family.
